Servosystem oils are premium quality anti- wear type lubricants formulated with superior quality of hydro treated base stock. They provide long service life and are recommended for hydraulic and circulation systems of wide variety of equipments. These oils are also used for compressor crankcase lubrication, but are not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipments having silvercoated components. These oils pass Vickers V-1O4C vane pump test and meet IS: 10522-1983 (Reaffirmed 2004) and IPSS 1-09-002 specifications
Hydraulic Oil 68 Anti-wear hydraulic oil Description The Castrol Hydraulic™ Oil range are based upon mineral oil enhanced with a stabilised zinc additive system. Application Castrol Hydraulic is primarily for use in hydraulic equipment, but is suitable for other duties in which lubricants with good oxidation stability and lubrication performance are required. The quality of its base oils and additives permits the application of the Castrol Hydraulic range in lightly loaded gears and for use as circulating oil in applications where a rust and oxidation inhibited oil is required. Castrol Hydraulic oils meet the specification requirements of the Vickers vane-pump test, DIN 51524 Part 2 and is classified as DIN 51502 classification – HLP & ISO 6743/4 – Hydraulic Oils Type HM. The range is fully compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated (e.g. Viton) polymers.
Eni OSO S 46 is an antiwear hydraulic oil for hydraulic systems particularly sensitive to deposits formation. It is formulated with selected base oils treated with ashless technology ensuring excellent antiwear, antirust and antioxidant properties. It exhibits excellent oxidation stability and outstanding filterability in service. Eni OSO S 46 can be also used to lubricate other several mechanical components such as plain and rolling bearings, joints and unloaded gears.
